Dr. García Ramírez is an attorney and criminologist specialized in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Penitentiary Law, with a strategic technical approach and strong international academic background. His professional practice focuses on comprehensive criminal defense and representation, from the investigation and litigation stages through sentencing enforcement and post-conviction review proceedings, with particular attention to cases involving fraud, other economic crimes, and cybercrime.
He has more than six years of experience in the comparative study of criminal justice systems, acquired through postgraduate studies and research activities in Japan, as well as professional practice in Costa Rica.
His training as a criminologist strengthens his criminal defense practice, particularly in fact investigation, behavioral analysis, risk assessment, and technical evidentiary preparation.
